1. Introduction

Welcome to AetleVision. These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AetleVision regarding your access to and use of our online platform located at http://127.0.0.1:8000, our retail products, and your voluntary participation in the AetleVision Community Partner Ecosystem (alternatively referenced as the "Program" or the "Brand Partner Network").

By registering an account, purchasing products, or operating as an Independent Partner, you express your full consent to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any officially published company policies. If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease accessing our website and services.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To establish an account and participate in our Partner Ecosystem, you represent and warrant that you fulfill the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your place of residence).
• You possess the legal capacity and authority to enter into binding agreements.
• All information provided during the registration process is complete, accurate, and kept up-to-date (including your email address and primary telephone number).
• You have not been previously suspended, banned, or terminated from the AetleVision platform.

You bear sole responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, password, and account security. You agree to accept liability for any actions or transactions occurring under your credentials.

3. Independent Partner Status

Users who register as community advocates are designated as Independent Brand Partners (IBPs). This status establishes the following relationship framework:

• No Employment Relationship: You act solely as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms or your participation in the Brand Partner Network establishes an employer-employee relationship, agency, partnership, joint venture, or franchise between you and AetleVision.
• Operational Autonomy: As an IBP, you retain absolute freedom to set your own working hours, select your methods of sales outreach, and determine your independent office or business location, provided all activities comply with these Terms and local laws.
• Tax and Statutory Compliance: You are strictly responsible for all local, state, federal, or national taxes, social security contributions, licensing, and liability insurances arising from product referral earnings. AetleVision will issue tax statements (such as Form 1099 or equivalent local forms) in strict accordance with statutory requirements.
• Expenses: You shall bear all operational expenses incurred in the conduct of your activities, including marketing, travel, telecommunications, and administrative costs.

4. Products and Purchases

AetleVision is a product-centric organization. All community rewards, tier qualifications, and structures are directly tied to the sale, distribution, and consumption of authentic, high-quality products.

Product Orders & Pricing

All purchases are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to modify our product offerings, pricing, descriptions, and packaging at any time without prior notice. Products are purchased for personal use or for retail distribution to customers where authorized.

Return and Refund Policy

We take pride in the quality of our products. If you or your customers are not completely satisfied, products may be returned in accordance with our return guidelines:

• Returned items must be in resalable, unopened condition.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the invoice date.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or credited to your AetleVision balance, minus shipping and handling fees, subject to verification.

5. Community Referral & Rewards Program

Our rewards ecosystem is structured to incentivize the promotion and direct sale of AetleVision products to end consumers. It is designed to fully comply with global direct selling regulations.

Earnings Opportunities

As an IBP, your compensation opportunities are derived from:

• Retail Profit Margins: The margin generated by purchasing products at the wholesale partner price and selling them directly to retail customers at the recommended retail price.
• Referral Bonuses: Compensation calculated based on the sales volumes generated by customers and brand partners whom you have directly introduced to the AetleVision platform.
• Community Override Incentives: Performance and leadership overrides based on the collective product sales volumes of your referred partner network, subject to meeting specific tier qualifications.

No Income Guarantees

There are absolutely no guarantees of financial success or income levels. Your earnings depend entirely on your sales capabilities, individual effort, time commitment, and the purchasing volume of your customer network. You agree not to make any deceptive, exaggerated, or misleading income projections or product efficacy claims.

6. Rules and Code of Conduct

To preserve the brand integrity and compliance standing of AetleVision, all Independent Brand Partners agree to abide by the following Code of Conduct:

• Honest Presentation: You must present AetleVision products and the reward structure truthfully. You are strictly prohibited from making any medical, therapeutic, or health-benefit claims that are not officially approved in writing by AetleVision.
• Ethical Marketing: You must not engage in unsolicited bulk messaging (spam), deceptive advertisements, or unethical marketing activities.
• Anti-Cross-Recruiting: You are prohibited from recruiting or soliciting active AetleVision partners or customers into other affiliate, network, or business opportunities.
• Professional Conduct: You must interact with customers, fellow partners, and AetleVision corporate staff with the utmost respect, honesty, and professional integrity.

Failure to adhere to these rules may result in immediate account suspension, the withholding of commissions, or permanent termination of partner status.

7. Intellectual Property

All content published on the AetleVision website—including text, graphic designs, logos, product names, images, source code, and promotional collateral—is the exclusive property of AetleVision or its licensors. Partners are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use official marketing materials solely for the promotion of AetleVision products. You must not modify, alter, or re-brand any corporate assets without express written authorization.

8. Account Termination and Suspension

This Agreement remains active until terminated by either party. You may request the termination of your account at any time by contacting our Support Team.

AetleVision reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, restrict portal access, or cancel your IBP status immediately if:

• You violate any clause of these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, or official rules.
• You engage in fraudulent, unethical, or illegal practices.
• Your account remains inactive (without product purchases or referral sales) for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• AetleVision elects to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Partner Program.

Upon termination, all rights, licenses, and potential future commission eligibility are immediately revoked, subject to local consumer protection laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer of Warranties: The website, platform, products, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, AetleVision, its directors, officers, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business operations) arising from your participation in the platform, products, or partner ecosystem.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising between you and AetleVision shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the company is registered, without giving effect to conflicts of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be settled through binding, individual arbitration in accordance with local arbitration association rules. You explicitly agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits, representative actions, or class-wide arbitration proceedings.
