1. Information We Collect

At AetleVision, protecting your personal data is a top priority. We collect various types of information to provide, maintain, and optimize our services and reward structure:

Personal Profile Information

When you register for an account or fill out our verification forms, we collect information you directly provide, including:

  • Your name, email address, physical shipping address, and 10-digit mobile number.
  • Your account login credentials (passwords are stored in a secure, hashed format).
  • Government-issued identification or tax registration details (e.g. PAN card, local ID) for regulatory compliance and tax reporting purposes.

Referral and Network Hierarchy Information

As part of the AetleVision Brand Partner Program, we maintain a secure map of referral connections (our genealogy database). We track:

  • The referral code (member ID) of the Independent Brand Partner who invited you.
  • The referral codes of users who register using your referral link.
  • The structure of product-buying communities (network hierarchy) associated with your account to calculate commissions correctly.

Financial & Transaction Details

To process orders and commission payouts, we collect transaction information, including:

  • Purchase history, product selections, cart details, and shipping records.
  • Bank account details (account number, bank name, branch, IFSC code) that you submit in your Financial Portal for direct bank transfers of your earned referral balances.
  • Transaction IDs and logs of commission payouts, bonuses, and product order payments.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for purposes necessary to run our platform and fulfill our commitments to you:

  • Account Maintenance: Creating your account, verifying your identity, and managing your independent partner status.
  • E-commerce Processing: Operating the product catalog, managing shopping carts, processing payments, and fulfilling physical product shipments.
  • Referral & Commission Tracking: Recording product sales within your network, maintaining community hierarchies (genealogy), and calculating commissions, incentives, and leadership bonuses.
  • Financial Operations: Processing direct bank transfers to your verified bank account for your commission balances, and generating payment spreadsheets for accounting.
  • Communication: Sending transaction receipts, shipping updates, account notifications, verification codes, and security alerts.
  • Customer Support: Addressing support tickets and inquiries through our built-in customer service panel.
Our Data Principle
We do not engage in profiling, automated decision-making, or advertising targeted based on sensitive personal data. We use your data strictly to run AetleVision’s direct commerce features.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We respect your privacy and do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share data in the following limited circumstances:

  • With Service Providers: We share data with trusted third parties who perform operations on our behalf, such as payment gateways, logistics/shipping companies, and SMS gateways. These partners are contractually bound to protect your data.
  • Within the Network Structure: In order to manage the Partner Ecosystem, your name, member ID, and partial sales volume metrics may be visible to your immediate sponsor (referrer) or leadership tree. We do NOT share sensitive information (such as passwords, bank details, or full tax numbers) within the referral tree.
  • For Legal & Regulatory Compliance: We may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or government authority (e.g. tax audits, anti-fraud investigations).
  • Corporate Restructuring: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, database assets containing user information may be transferred to the successor entity.

4. Data Security

AetleVision implements robust technical, administrative, and physical security measures to safeguard your information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure:

  • Encryption: Sensitive data (such as bank details and login credentials) is encrypted during transmission using Secure Socket Layer (SSL/TLS) technology and encrypted at rest in our databases.
  • Access Control: Access to sensitive user data is restricted to authorized personnel who require the data to perform their job duties (e.g. finance team processing payouts).
  • Continuous Monitoring: We regularly update our software, patch vulnerabilities, and perform security reviews of our hosting infrastructure.

While we take industry-standard measures to secure your data, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience on our website:

  • Performance & Analytics Cookies: Help us understand how visitors interact with our site, detect system load issues, and optimize loading speeds.
